Humanity vs. Boredom

Somehow the essence of boredom (insert joke here) becomes material and it decideds it wants to destroy mankind. Does it succeed? Or will Mankind be able to entertain it into oblivion?

no, as it starts to like what it does, and so therefore it destroys itself as it is no longer the essence of boredome.
