If I was forced to collect 1 size, then my choice would be Cyberverse / Legends class figures.

Since I was a kid I've always loved that TFs come in all different shapes and sizes, but now as an adult collector, I'd have to pick leader if I could only have one size class. They're the most impressive on the shelf and their complex transformations are often works of engineering genius. It'd allow me to have the movie leaders I love so much, like RotF leader Prime, Starscream, and Sentinel, as well as masterpieces. Man, how I wish I had a masterpiece collection!
