OK this battle is between Jack Skeleton, the Pumpkin King from A Nightmare before Christmas, and a Gray Jack, a type of enemy that seem to be based on Jack skeleton from the resistance franchise.

I think the Gray Jack would win. They are vicious.
Jack Skellington is basically a nice guy.
But in a fight he would be strong.
