These have been offered to me for 500 USD for the set. Both look to be in pretty nice shape, though the box for Devastator has some wear. Does anybody know the going rates on these figures? I haven't seen them show up on ebay in a long time.

I'd do it. But then, I've a soft spot for Diaclone and Microman.

I'm sure Ryan could have a cool gallery done with a Black Megatron commanding a multi-colored Devastator. Not sure I need it on my shelf, though.

well considering that a mib tf dev set usually goes for ~400 and megs ~2-3 i'd say hell yeah the diaclones are worth it...but i could be wrong.
