Felt more like a music video than a movie trailer.
Although the music didn't seem to fit with some of the scenes it was playing against.

The first 30 seconds the music didn't really fit in with the clips, and was just annoying to listen to. After that it was pretty decent.
Edit: after watching the entire thing. From 30sec-1:05(when blackout lands) it goes into the rock guitar solo thing, yeah after 1:05 it didn't fit in well with what was being show. The action was being shown in too slow a motion to use that type of music.

Ah I do rather specialise in music videos. More sound from the trailer would've been used but a lot had the original score played over it, and so obviously the two tracks of music clashed.Autobot032 wrote:Felt more like a music video than a movie trailer.

As for the song itself, I've been intching to use it somewhere since my movie maker went down (damn codecs), and I've only just managed to get it fixed.

I did try to break up the slower clips (bonecrusher/prime, starscream transforming etc) but it slowed down the piece even more. Any earlier and they'd have ruined the shorter glances at the transformers.Senor Hugo wrote:The first 30 seconds the music didn't really fit in with the clips, and was just annoying to listen to. It goes without saying this is a video more suited for metallers (of which I am not one). I chose the track because (at least in the full piece) it sounds very intense.
