I think I'm gonna go with the Pre-Disassembled crew. Simply because they have a better mix of power and skill. New Avengers have only really Strange as their major power while the rest get by withtheir skill and fighting ability working with their unique abilities.
Mighty Avengers are centred on power with most members in the group being able to bench press somewehere in the class 100 range.
Pre-disassembled however has (Still Alive) Captain America, Hawkeye, the Vision, Scarlet Witch, she-hulk and at least three people who can shrink or grow. I'm gonna give this to the pre-assembled crowd

yeah, but couldn't the new and extremis iron man, with the aid of the sentry take out cap, iron man, she hulk, and step on antman?

If the pre-disassembled crew had Thor on the roster, then they would take it, because, frankly, Thor just wins everything, because he had the best ending (Ragnarok).
That said, I'm going with Pre-disassembled, because they have a better power balance.

I prefer the Avongers, as mentioned in She Hulk season 1. They've got mugs and T-shirts and everything!
