Absolute beauty. Looks like TFC's best work to date.

I'm not big on third party combiners normally, because the expense is really difficult to justify for characters that'll most likely be made by HasTak. That belief was vindicated a year ago when Combiner Wars rumors started (I was really close to breaking down and buying FP's not-Menasor, though). Anyway, the obvious exceptions I'll make are for relatively obscure characters like these guys. I bought Throttler, and--damned if it's not another six-member team--I'll buy these guys, butt-wheels and all.
Love the demon/hell-inspired names, by the way.

I am in agreement here. Depending on how LioKaiser looks, I may just have to jump in.

Yeah, I'm wavering as well.... This looks pretty good...

Looks awesome, but also, needlessly overcomplicated - and possibly too large, they can't even integrate the hands or (I assume) the feet for all their complexity

I am not a G1 fan, please treat my opinions as such.

Over complex? You're kidding right? You can pretty easily tell where things go from alt mode to robot mode in these pictures. TFC arguably makes transformers with the easiest transformations out of the third party scene. To your other point, as someone interested in this project, I am glad the hands and feet aren't integrated. FoC Bruticus is a constant reminder of why I never want to see that again.

Yeah, they actually aren't that complex, but the weight will be an issue to look out for; And I suppose they couldn't get 3p articulation and still integrate the hands/feet, even though hercules pulled it off pretty well, the width wouldn't allow it this time.

I hope it turns out well. Hercules integrated the hands but it wasn't that impressive lol. I'm ok with setting them to the side when he isn't combined. Maybe there will be a place to plug them into the alt modes for the fans into that.

Well, exgraver (the excavator) did it well by integrating it into the turret

And what of his robot mode? It stuck off his back. Honestly, it doesn't mater though. A lot has changed since Hercules.
We don't know price yet so there's no need to fret there yet.

It'd have been cool if they had an attachable a chain to use it as a flail in bot mode, or a flail-fist

And as far as price, these are gonna be expensive, with six of them, being as large as they are, I'd guess ~$100 each, so that's a pass for me

Probably so but at least it isn't a box set & they'll come out over time. Just have to put back a little each check and save save save.

Honestly I really wish the parts would integrate if only because the 80s toy was capable of it and it seems a bit silly for a high end toy to be outclassed by a children's toy from 1989.
They still look great though, especially Killbison. Dat tank mode...homina homina.

Give this release the articulation of the G1 version & im sure they could create a hollow place large enough for the hands to integrate.

The parts integration in the original was cool, but the appendages (especially the feet) were a tad undersized. I don't mind extra parts on the side, not with a franchise that had entire semi trailers shrink and disappear into the background every time the truck cab stood up.

Saw these in person, outside the cases this weekend.
If you're interested in them, you have every reason to be excited. They look excellent.
Also, they are a little less blocky, and perhaps a bit more intricate than previous TFC combiners.
Ignore anyone shitting on them. Hate at this point is entirely unjustified.

Hard to say, but...essentially Voyagers, maybe a little smaller?
Maybe 10-15% smaller than the Ordin figures? Or about the same as the Uranos figures but way less bulky.
Point being, I looked at them and didn't think twice about Classics shelves. I think they are too small for MP stuff.

That's good to hear about the size. I wondered what height we were looking at as well.
Also, I too am hoping for Deathcobra.

I'm not interested in these... but not due to quality. I simply have no connection to Liokaiser at all.
For those of you who want it, I legit and sincere hope it's a great set for you.

Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.
