Hey, I was looking at the new Hasbro Transformers voyager figures on Tuesday and couldn't help but notice that the "Thundercracker" voyager figure looks like voyager Starscream's twin. The only differences I can see are a blue/red/silver paint job and slightly different head.

no its not only you. Thundercracker is a repaint of Movie Starscream. The only difference is the new Head sculpt.
A little more akin to the Seeker head we all know.
but that's no surprise, we've known this since before starscrema was released, when we saw the first protos. And its always been so.
I think only Cybertron Thundercracker has had a different mould to that of Starscream. All the rest are always repaints of Starscream as they were in G1. Its what makes them seekers.

basically--original mold--repaint + new head---repaint of the model with new head.
Thundercracker is a repaint of a repaint. the only difference in the mold is that the original SS (movie) has a different head.

I don't care if he is a repaint. These sort of things have always been around since the original seekers with the exception of Cybertron. It would have been nice if they had used a darker blue, but he still looks great in the light blue shade. I really want to get this bad-boy, and I hope we see a Skywarp repaint as well.

I agree, can't wait to see a Skywarp, he might look the best in this mold, black and purple with silver? Thats sexy =D
