Hi, hope someone can help me out here!
I'm in the process of collecting every toy in the movie line, and I want to post some pictures up on my website.
Only problem is, although I have no problem with the larger toys, my camera has a crummy autofocus, so that all my photos of the legends, real gears and various weapons etc come out all blurry.
Looking at the excellent pictures on this site (especially the fantastic close-ups of Legend-class Bumblebee), can anyone suggest a good (digital) camera I could use for close-up work, and if I would need any special lenses etc.
Thanks in advance,
Ryan (starfish).

If you want real close ups you can get great results with a camera fone and a swiss-army penknife magnifying lens. See what I've achieved here:

Sorry, no TF pics there but you'll see how good it can be with poor equipment.
Switch focusing settings off so it doesn't focus on anything in particular and move the magnifying lens back and forth to focus. Some camera fones (sony ericssons) have close-up settings too.
