I'm still hoping hasbro might surprise us and use David Kayes voice for megs, that and the crotch thing are the things that are holding me back.
Kind of feel bad paying more for a third party toy when an orig encore reissue is available to me same price or cheaper (not that a g1 Fort max would fit in a suitcase anyways!). Would be two figs away from completion (excluding their macross sdf1 which I'm still not able to find, even in the land of giant robot/super deformed toys).
I think the non tf toy is winning me over. Then I'm really behind on siege and will have to rely on sales and window shopping whilst I'm skint

worth it tho.

Kind of not really able to check, but it's showing as 3 in stock at Birstall/Leeds £39.99!!! So newing it will at least gives those that want it at that price to go hunting.

Nice, six gun is a must for me. I ended up picking up master made Fort max (I honestly don't think the monster would have fit in my bag) and a legends Kup. Will have to see if my local entertainer has anything new in, or even has a transformers section.

Entertainer was poor, unless any one was really after the whole 1 cyberverse slipstream they had in. B&Ms got the bumblebee activator bee figure with the motor in but as per the norm no price tag (the tag underneath it said 1 step turbo £3.99). nothing in forbidden planet (other than retro he-man figures which means I'll be waiting another month or two plus again from Kapow/ID to get mine and they had vastly overpriced two of the figures that should retail for the same as the others.

Kapows got the Gshock Optimus at *£75 (still over priced for what it is but a decent price as they cant be found less than £100 brand new in Japan with second hand stores charging more for them than the retail shops)

*had to edit, im sure it was £70 when I looked this morning.

Went to Smyths in Northampton today. They had the new Cyberverse Spark Armour figures in. All 4 wave one of the £15.99 price point. Jetfire, Prowl, Star Scream and Sky Byte. As well as the 10” Optimus Prime with Ark. £40. very nice looking figure. But no knees. What’s with that?

Picked up a Jetfire for a try at them. Really disappointed at the size and quality.

Jetfire stands the same height as my legends CW Brawn. His nose cone and jet pack are made of a soft almost bendy plastic as well as being hollow. Same hollowness in his chest which turns into the main body of the plane mode. With his legs sticking out the back and no rear fins. The tank however is nice. Splits into 4parts to add him some chest head and shoulder armour as well as a mask and then the tracks become forearm cannons and armour. The tank barrels ending up as his gun.

Overall ok but really to pricey for what you get £16 for what is a lower quality legends figure with a vehicle for armour. If they were a few quid cheaper I would collect the rest but at the price there at. I prefer the siege line. Which is a shame as they looked better than the previous Cyberverse figures we’ve had.

Anyway if your interested happy hunting people.

Just after his tank rather than the figure (using as Scamper for Fort max) but not the kind of price I can justify for them. The battalion? Line seemed to have it right, £12 for basic almost voyager sized figures, I only picked up jetfire from that line and was happy with it. Won't really need it after the siege figure but knowing me, I'll keep it anyways.

Not the best of sightings but TK max has a few ignitors (with out the engines) in Blitzwing (tank mode) & Baynus Hot Rod £5.99 each.

B&M (Likely store specific) has the KO Oversize Combiner Wars Rook & the police car (who has a great big CE Printed on his chest) reduced to £5 each (previously £10 each or two for £15).

quite like the maketoys buster stealthwing, but

A)no money

B)not bothered about the Prime figure sold seperately that he combines with, but it would feel like owning half a toy.

C)Could get a whole lot of POTP Jazzs for that price to have the ultimate combiner wars combiners with 4 Jazz limbs...Jazzscream, Elite Jazz, Prime Jazz, Jazzferno, Jazzatron, Jazzicus...
And failing that, two Jazzs allows combiners to have literal jazz hands.

Not sure if it's just something Maketoys have created just for the toys or if it happens in any comics -only read a few IDW Transformers comics when they were first released, too many cover variants for my liking back then and the ones with CW figures (plus I'm useless at collecting comics/staying up to date on issues, I did try a standing order once for The Tick but the comic store was worse than me at getting the issues in).
