Amazon's still providing fruitless updates on the siege autobot/decepticon box sets so hotlink might have to be my siege thundercracker and I'll give up the ghost on g2 swipe and greenlight. If they fail on scorpy I'll probably never order from them again as I don't really use amazon anyhoos other than for crimbo presents.
Typically my local bnm has now got in all the studio series I'd travelled to get (Sideswipe, war Bee, Barricade).
Leeds forbidden planets a bit late to the party but has cyber verse rack n ruin £20. Holding out for a wfc version.

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
A little outside my usual area of updates but if you're in Coventry and around the Airport Retail Park, then the B&M there has a large number of wave 1 battlemasters. Which means that i am now 1 battlemaster away from a complete Siege lineup
However, back to my usual area of updates, Smyths now has pages up for some more studio series including; Roadbuster, Shatter, Offroad Bumblebee, Topspin and Cliffjumper. Roadbuster and Bumblebee are expected in April, Shatter is May and Topspin and Cliffjumper are August.

Hi all. Fun sighting of Studio Series at B&M in Edinburgh on Saturday (London Road Meadowbank Retail Park, Edinburgh EH7 5TS).
All these deluxes for £10 each:
26 WWII Bumblebee (The Last Knight)
28 Barricade (Transformers)
29 Sideswipe (Dark of the Moon)
30 Crankcase (Dark of the Moon)
I'm excited because even though I'm not mad into the Studio Series, it's the first time in over a year that I've seen TF toys in the discount shops in Edinburgh and Glasgow (aside from tiny ones or the simplified ones from RID), and at a decent price too. Picked up Sideswipe and he's a ton of fun.

Online spottings:
Amazon's reduced Scorponok by £4ish and it may be possible to get a £5 discount if you have the email (I think the code is MYDISCOUNT5).
So Scorponok for £122.60 or £117.60 if they ever deliver it.
Kapow has the siege autobot firestormers g2 sideswipe/grandslam/target master at £35 (same price as amazon went down to, would have to pay postage unless spending over a hundred but at least it will be delivered).
Bargainmax.co.uk
Is doing £10off a £50 spend or £20 off £100 spend.
Which might be okay for those still after siege leaders if like me you weren't lucky enough to find them in tkmax back in December.
Galaxy convoy optimus £30
Potp inferno £15
Ultra magnus is £43, shockwaves £46 so no real reductions unless getting the money off spending offer.

To be honest I think most of us are now preoccupied with not dying/starving/losing our jobs/running out of toilet paper

Loo roll is a concern when I might have to walk miles through dangerous quarantine zones of toilet paper hording people that don't know that a face mask ain't working if it isn't covering their noses. Food wise I'm sure Transformers are non toxic, hopefully that means edible if and when food runs out - I figure the dust/mites on them has to have some nutrients but I think I'll avoid eating ratbat just to be safe...

Why I haven't seen Rack N Ruin in stores but Symths may be the best bet I saw Clobber in a smaller Toyland shop in Middlesbrough.

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
So, for what it's worth, here's an update on something that is arriving in Smyths stores and that is the Netflix Voyagers. I didn't get any pictures of Megatron but here's Hotlink! Unfortunately, my store only got two of each and someone already click and collected one of each (and I've claimed a Hotlink so there's only a Megatron left for now) but other stores will have them too. Though, with everything going on, I doubt they'll be open but at least they'll be available when they open again.

Yeah, the colours are really nice. I'm so glad that it doesn't just use the same paint applications as the seige releases

Well it must have been about fifty loo rolls since the last sighting...
Potp Throne of the primes optimal optimus black version with Throne (takara retail version same as sdcc) £50 on sale at ID toys.
Shame smyths websites so bad for stock available for home deliveries so my wait continues for hotlink/megs.

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
In terms of Smyths it's because the company as a whole is shut down at the moment. Even head office are all working from home while warehouse staff and store staff are all on furlough. Stores did get Hotlink and Megatron in literally the day we closed so as soon as we open up again, we'll be able to fulfill orders that are made

Cheers, that explains why I'm still waiting for a refund on a duplicate order delivery after a month! DPD tracking shows the package on its way back to Smyths since 6th April....

Smyths appear to be doing click n collect outside selected stores?
Not sure if the gun has been jumped or not, as I'm pretty sure toys are still not essentials/one weeks worth of food shopping. Netflix megs and hotlink available to collect at some stores.
For some people the lockdown never happened for them anyhoos so it will make little difference at all whether they go out.

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
I'm not sure what is going on. As staff, we've had no updates on stores reopening for any reason but they might have sent emails to specific staff (I'm only general staff so if management were sent anything they haven't shared it at all, or my store is one of the many that aren't doing click & collect). I'll be sure to update if I get anything saying stores are reopening or doing c&c

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
So, as I said I would, I've got an update on Smyths. Some stores are trialing a click and collect only system where you collect at the door. It is currently only being staffed by management so there may be cases where stores aren't able to fulfill the order within the usual hour window (though considering that most orders appear to be trampolines, that's not going to be too common). Not every store is offering this yet but it is expected that they will be.
