botanica vs the bureau of parks and wildlife of isengard

we all know the ents got pissed at saruman when he chopped down a few (hundred) trees to make way for his new order but how about botanica? how will she fare against the 100 or so orcs (and occasional uruk hai) guarding isengard at the time of the battle of helm's deep?

If B grows enough flowers in Isengard, the orcs etc. will turn into Care Bears and other harmless creatures. Flower power wins.
