Sideswipe and Sunstreak were also known for creating Jet Judo. Also Sunstreak was partially responsible for Paris Hilton's catch phrase. I believe it was in part 2 of "More Than Meets the Eye", while in car mode, Sunstreak shoots a Decepticon jet which causes Spike yells excitedly, "That's Hot!"
If Sunstreak had taken Jazz's place in the first movie, after he dies Prime would have said something like, "He was an okay soldier when he wasn't busy looking at himself or worrying about his paint job. It's a shame there is no way we can repair him, his mold is lost or broken... or both."
I imagine we will still see Jazz again. Remember that Scorponok's tail still moved even after it was seperated from his body. I doubt his tail had it's own spark. It's kind of assumed that Megatron and the other Decepticons were dumped in the ocean in case someone attempted to revive them or to prevent people from stealing the technology. Why is it that everyone seems confident Megatron will likely return but Jazz is forever dead? Don't get me wrong, he was the least developed character of all the Autobots and a lot of people didn't like him. I don't care if he comes back or not. I just don't understand the logic some people display that believe Megatron can easily come back but not any other character, then give logical explainations as to why Transformers can't be rebuilt/revived.
Also Hound did have some decent character development in the G1 cartoon. A lot of the "developed" characters seem to have a special gimmick like Mirage can become invisible, Trailbreaker has a force field, and Hound could create holograms.
hey what about?

I think if Jazz comes back, he should be reborn as a '66 Pontiac GTO with a real stereo named....yeah....Blaster.
Just sparked my thoughts there.

I highly doubt that Jazz will be back.....Bay seem's to be content with keeping the numbers of the Autobots and Decepticons in the movies to be around 5 and 10 each.
We're never going to see large numbers of characters in any movie made by Bay so most likly were only going to see about 3 new bots in the next film....4 if they have one of the characters we have already seen away on some mission so I dont think that there's any room for a return of Jazz unless its part of some plot by sector 7 to control the TF's.

Hound was a better written character then most or the other season 1 bots but to say he had any character development at all is being over sealous. His character from the first time we see him to the last time is exactly the same....no deviation in behavior, no growth in activaty or rank....no character development what so ever. But truth be told there wasnt a lot of character development in the G1 toon.

Remember that super ridiculous stereo and speaker system Jazz had in "Attack of the Autobots". That thing was retarded, and I'm not talking about in the "phat" and "fresh" and "snoopy dog" way that today's "cowabunga" and "awesome" kids of today mean either.
