imo the hulk doesn't seem to be a good choice with the fact that he wears pants and the fact that the pants are still visible
while the paint apps are thorough, the clay really doesn't work for venom's insignia and hand-square-things as well as eyes
for him, those details(from what i've seen) should be painted on
his symbol makes it sort of look like a backpack or strap-on bomb which im sure venom doesn't wear
if you have difficulty in those areas you can always use detail brushes or mask the figure to form the shape you want
however, the head was a good idea though you could probably have used apoxie or some other putty
details could have been placed on that
and i don't want to sound like a prick but the lips make him look like a harlequin fetus
you could have used the clay to meet with the upper part of the lips so they arent just sticking out
you could also carved in a mouth of sorts and separate the mouth a little bit

those are just some things you could have worked on, it needs work but you're on your way
