i didnt attend SDCC this year, but i guess this was how it was like at hasbro's booth:

It was like that everyday at the HST booth. I know they weren't anticipating so many people, but Jesus, they were not only unorganized, but rude.

But yeah, even on Preview Night, just a few minutes after the exhibit hall opened, the HST line had already snaked its way around the booth once. Then they closed the line because it was a fire hazard, so we all had to leave and come back when the line was open again.

That never happened, which created even more unrest, and eventually there were droves of people just camping right at the front of the HST queue waiting for answers. Eventually the guys started handing out tickets, which nearly caused a riot (i know I saw someone fall at least once), but after that it was somewhat orderly.

The rest of the Con I completely avoided that area; it was easily the single busiest/most chaotic retailer booth in the exhibit hall.
