Ok, I'm going off Television shows from when I was around five, so my descriptions might not be too accurate. But then again, folks here were able to Identify my description of Tekkaman Blade I figure this should be a walk in the park.

Animated Series, space based. Animals (anthropomorphic), no humans.
A ship with a certain super power that can only be activated by its captain. He sticks his hands into a console and the ship becomes super powered. Not much else remembered here. But I do remember that over use of this ability made the captain very weak. And I think the ships name was Nautilus, and hell I think the captain's name was Nemo.

Live Action Series. Mechs. CGI sequences.
Three main good guys each in a different color mech (yellow, green, blue) one bad guy (his mech is normally red) each mech had a specific ability. This is as much as I remember.

Was there a crypt keeper game show?

Game Show, Live Action, Kids on many teams, 2 per team, color coded, one team usually won. Aztec Themed.

The game show was Legends of the Hidden Temple(I think)Nickelodeon.
The Nemo cartoon may be called Space Stickers
