Please help identify these two 1.5-inch tall figures

Please help identify these two 1.5-inch tall figures

I found these figures in a box of assorted toys I bought at a local op shop years ago. They are both about 1.5 inches tall. It says "SOMA" and "CHINA" on the bottom of their feet. Would anyone know what these toys are?
