Hi I'm bit of new in here.

Well I was pondering lately if the Transformers in Beast Wars could transform in their alternate forms at the same size of the actual thing (take Cheetor, he can transform into an actual cheetah, I mean being the same size of a normal cheetah), can they be considered as Micro Masters?

No, Micro Masters were the size in the comics/cartoons as actual toys are (humans could hold onto them).

Beast Wars characters range from 5 to 10 ft (not including the larger TM2s).

Basically after the great wars the transformers downsized into Maximals and Predacons (there is A LOT more story here but this is the basics) who are about the same size as humans when in robot modes. They now have vehicle modes essentially about the same size as a folded-over human, and when on earth take the forms of earthen animals but in human-size, ie Megatron - small Trex, Rattrap - big Rat, Dinobot - (slightly larger than) life sized Deinonychus

I see your points... but then how come that the Micro Masters in Transformers Victory are as tall as humans? That's how I came to the conclusion that the Maximals and Predacons are Micro Masters
