California Transformers sightings
Re: California Sightings.
A few good finds today, all in the San Diego area. First I found the Premium series delux's finally! Picked up Jazz who looks great, passed on what looked like a serious disappointment in Barricade. Other than the few new "decal" upgrades and the window paint, no difference. The real loser for me was that they did not gloss up the black paint. Also found Salvage and Stealth Bumblebee which I also passed on. On another note there is a Walmart in Chula Vista that had about 50+ Version 4 wave 7 Snake Eyes from the GI Joe 25th series. I don't know why they had so many, and that was the only figure from this wave that they had. It was a weird find. But hey, the premium delux's are out! (By the way, I didn't find any Premium Bumblebees, but I went looking at the end of the day)

There are two currently on Ebay right now, AFA 75 (HASBRO) with a BIN of $1500, and an AFA 80 (TAKARA) with BIN of $3500. Everything varies though. I bought mine about three years ago for $50 (open of course) with Steeljaw, both complete and absolutely flawless. I bought the reprolabels at the same time so I could do some rehab, but neither figure ended up needing any work. Actually one of the better deals I got on Ebay. Blaster is one of those figures that was fairly durable for handling and time passing through the years.

$1500 to $3000 WTH!!!Crap! I was looking for a price range of $200 to $300! WOW!! I might as well wait if the ENCORE series comes out with one. If they ever do. Thanks for the info skalor!
If you don't want to wait for Encore, and just want a sealed Blaster that isn't AFA graded you could go with the Takara Reissue Collection #21 like the one in this Auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/TAKARA-TRANSFORMERS ... dZViewItem, it's reasonably priced.

That's actually a decent price. Only thing is, I don't like dealing with ebay. Good find though.

That is actually my auction! I dropped it by $10 earlier today.
If you want Mugen I can drop it an additional $5 if you want to deal without ebay.

Re: California Sightings.
Haven't decided on physical location.
also, I am not the owner, owner is my friend.
We both have full-time jobs, the physical shop is just a dream for now.
For now we going to do online, please spread the word around for us.
I believe the prices we have are very competitive, if you see somethin g overpriced please alert us, we will be more than happy to adjust it.

Let me guess the owners name! Thomas?? I saw this site for awhile now. I was going to buy MP Starscream and it was a better price compare to other online hobby store. Until I waited and sat there for like a month, the price went up. Yes!! To all you seibertronian peeps, the price on toyarena is very good! Good luck Ed! At least we know your partners with Toyarena.

Re: California Sightings.
I've read posts from other regions that people are still finding RID Spy Changers in dollar stores (not KO ones).
Has anyone spotted any dollar store in southern California still carrying these RID Spy Changers? Please let me know if you do. Thanks a lot!
Happy Hunting!
Cheers,
Coolpop

Thanks D-Jon for the info. Unfortunately there's no dollar general in California. I guess I will check other dollar stores, dollar club, dollar tree & KB Toys for these little suckers, I am hoping I can find them at a buck each, not having to buy them from ebay and pay ridiculous shipping.
Any more sighting info will be much appreciated. Thanks!
Cheers,

Well where are you at? I've seen them at all various places: Target, Walmart, Kmart, Toysrus, etc...

I am in Van Nuys. The stores around here b l o w ! TRU on Sherman Way is a waste of space. The WalMart is a urban junkyard. So as far as stores go I am not in luck.

Don't think it's even released yet. The photos from ACtoys.net most likely are factory snaps. However I have little faith finding Walmart exclusive items in physical store, like their last wave of exclusive deluxes, all I ever was able to find was Jolt & Divebomb, good thing this past week Big Daddy and Grindcore both were available briefly online, so I was fortunate to grab them and attempting to put movie line to bed. Now 3-pack BB is coming and again with Walmart exclusive, hopefully I'll be able to get my set when it's out.
Happy long weekend all!
Cheers,

I wouldn't expect to see the 3 pack in Walmart for at least a couple of months. ACToys always gets those photos a few months in advance, well before the toys are state-side.
