Thanks D. I remember when you had completed your Tow-line, so i finally found that great deal and got him. A good addition in deed.

Talking about my foot, unfortunately it was my 3rd surgery. Had two while on active duty but this 3rd one is it, 8 screws and a plate. Fun stuff!

Hope things are progressing on the basement, take it easy!

In my quest to complete my G2 Devastator (orange version), I am down to one remaining member, Hook.

Along with him, i need the head laser and the small shield piece that mounts under the front end of Longhaul. While it may take some time to find those missing accessories, it is the fun part about collecting, at least for me. I have been fortunate and lucky to find some accessories in the past year and have learned to be patient and keep hunting.

In the photo attached, the wing that comes with Scrapper is not included but i do have that piece.

Whatever Transformers series/line you love collecting Hope it is going well, happy hunting,

The parts hunt is definitely something that can be rewarding at times and frustrating as well. Like you’ve said, it can take years before finding that missing item.

I am happy to share a photo of my G2 Go-Bots line up. More so the 11 Autobots that you could buy in 1995. Of course there was 14 altogether, with only three Decepticons.

Just recently i was able to find the last one i was needing, Optimus Prime. Although he was missing his weapon and that will be hard to find, i am ok with that. He just seems to be a particular Transformer that is hard to find in general. At let thats my experience.

Overall, i am getting closer in completing my G2 collection with about 10 left. Sadly with the remaining 10, there is only three (Road Rocket, Dirtbag, Roadblock) that seem fairly easy to get. While the remaining seven; Silver Grimlock, Silver Slag, Silver Snarl, Turquoise Grimlock, Green Snarl, Onslaught, and Electro will or could be the hardest and expensive to acquire.

Decided to do something different for my Kingdom Beast Wars shelf. In the one photo you will see how I had them displayed. The next photo is what I have so far that will sit on that same shelf in the case. Just trying to have fun with all the Maximals and Predacons in their beast modes.

Of note, I am still waiting on my Terrorsaur to arrive but he will be located to the left of the waterfall, similar location as Airazor is on the right side. Speaking of the waterfall, that is my intent in the middle there with a water area/pond. I have a waterfall kit and resin for that.

With the anticipation of Buzzsaw, Tarantuals, and Inferno I have allotted enough room for them, or at least I hope so. If you see where Blackarachnia is (cave) to the right of that is another cave I made for Tarantulas. I am hoping to place Buzzsaw in between Waspinator and Mutant Tigatron. Directly in front of them on top of the cave complex i am hoping Inferno will fit there. Again we will see.

Obviously i am far from being done as it will take some time to seal and paint it all and add all the extra stuff but again its been fun working on this and i think it will look pretty cool on the shelf.

EDIT:

Without adding too many photos i just swapped out the one photo of what i have completed so far. I was able to add more detail at the bottom of the waterfall cliff. Since that photo was taken had already made a few changes and placement of a few things. I have also decided to incorporate the Gold disks too. One disk will become permanent as it will be secured by the resin (water effect) when i get to that stage.

Here is the latest on my Kingdom BW diorama. The left side is almost done with the right side still needing some additional layers of turf, trees, etc. Then i can focus on the center part; pouring the resin for the water area and working on the actual waterfall effect itself.

It was a lot of dry brushing the highlights on all the rocks and cliff areas but i think it has turned out pretty good. I think i am on day 6 at this point.

Here it is in the final stages. The last two days I poured the resin for the pond part, work on the waterfall piece, and the additional highlights to the base of waterfall and surrounding areas. With that I should only have minor touch ups.

I ordered Terrorsaur through Hasbropulse, so hopefully he will ship tomorrow and then when he arrives i can put him in place and then place this diorama into the display case.

Overall i am very pleased on how this turned out.

It was a good day today, received SS BB Movie Brawn, Ratchet, and Wheeljack from Hasbro Pulse today. Look forward in getting these guys out and pose them with OP, Bumblebee, and Cliffjumper.

They're coming! Started this past weekend ripping out the old shelves/tool bench/cabinets in the basement, still have more cabinets to tear out plus fill in some nail holes in the block, and then it is on to the frame for the paneling

Finally got my Terrorsaur from Hasbro Pulse today and he has been added to the diorama. Definitely adds some color to the left side for sure but looks good with the rest of the Predacons. As I have said before looking forward to adding the others once they are released.

Appreciate it D, it took some time but definitely fun to build. Of course i will have to wait a bit before i can add Buzzsaw and Nightprowler but what i have right now i am happy with the results. Now the second cave which is toward that back left corner should be plenty of room for Tarantulas. I think i will have enough room for Inferno on the ledge above the caves, we’ll see though.

Not sure if i am going to do any other shelves. Its is kind of hard to do with a lot of Transformers on one shelf. I might try something for my Netflix shelf but it wont be like this one. Perhaps more Cybertronian look with platforms so to speak.

Once you get your area set up and if you decide to do something similar let me know and I can help in anyway i can.
