I actually wouldn't mind one of those two-packs.
But yeah, that's a lot of Plague Honey. I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but who else feels the vehicon mold should be taking up that spot?

YEP! To a point anyway. But Bee has overstayed his welcome in my opinion, and I'm sure we still have about 4 more repaints of him yet to come out.

this same stock of TFs has been at my local walmart in ravenna for a month. maybe longer. so, i decided to hide them all. I'm pretty pissed. if they had what i wanted i would not have to drive 40+ minutes else where to look. and even then i don't find anything.

check out my collection thread, updated 2/25/13, and i kinda lost count, i have to count them again....

Oh boy...

That is a really stupid thing to do.
The only purpose it will serve is to piss of the workers. Because by hiding these toys, they will not sell. If they don't sell, THEY DONT GET CLEARED OUT OF THE SYSTEM. As far as that Walmart's main computer know, those pegs are still full with The Hive.
The end result is it will take LONGER for these pegs to be filled with new stock.
Now, time to punish your thoughless action:

Hell no. FE BB came out en masse in the USA and many online stores. HTS is loaded with them. He's easy to get for less than 10$. It's worth nothing and will beging to be worth something only in 50 years.
Beside, the RiD toy have a superior robot mode and is way more fun to transform.

I'd say it's not an entirely stupid move, but it is ballsy. Considering they could probably cause you some legal trouble if they caught you doing it.
There is the hope that they'll think the 20 or so yellow b@$^@&)s have been shoplifted and put out more stock and order new stock. Don't think I'd risk that myself though.

oh, yeah. i mean, with that many of the same figure, it's relatively certain they don't pay attention to the stock, or don't give a damn. either way, you're vaguely safe. still...be careful. they might think you're terroristizising.

This is proof that Two Face runs hasbro.
Harvey: So it's up to a new classics Devastator for heads, and tails for a series full of Bumble Bees.
Two Face: The coin says Tails. Bring on the swarm.
Now the way to end this is to tell Bay that we need an action movie made in a bumble bee factory.
End Rant

I agree it was a dumb thing to do. All they have to do is check their computers and it will tell them they still have all that stock and they will make some poor old man find them and put them back. And I don't think it's against the law to rearrange a display at the store. It is dumb but not illegal.

You might be hurting your cause there. I agree that hiding them wouldn't do any good, due to computer run inventory. The only time they would question the computer would be once a year during inventory when they do actual physical counts.
The key here is removing the physical inventory in a very obvious manner!
I personally, would like to....smash them! I imagine knocking that crap-load of Bees off the pegs with one mighty enraged swipe of my arm, then I picture stomping on each and EVERY package, crushing the bubble and plastic toy inside into unusable, unrecognizable yellow plastic shards while screaming NO MORE BUMBLEBEE! over and over. I would then move onto the next store, and the next, rinse and repeat. People would run screaming from the stores to escape the shrapnel of my Bumblebee destroying fury....
Of course this fantasy involves me being able to get away with public destruction and vandalism and such. Not bloody likely, that, but a satisfying fantasy.
I assume that David Banner should not become a TF collector.

If that is Walmart, there is a Dept Mgr that goes through scanning holes at least once a week, if the stock is "said" to be in store, they are to check (or delegate) backstock. If none are in backstock, they are assumed missing or shorted from warehouse, paper work is filed as loss, and manual order is placed.

The only downside…manual orders take 1 to 2 weeks to process (I am fuzzy on the timeframe, but I know it takes a while). It's been a long time and each department has their own timeframe.
Hopefully those BB's won't be found until it is time to Clearance them

As far as backlash…have you been to a Walmart???? Most of the employees act like they came strait from Zombie Apocolypse…they could care less, and wouldn't know what to do if they did.

They don't order more because they've got plenty in stock. It doesn't matter if all they have is 200 Bumblebees, to them, that's 200 Transformers so they're good for a while. I think the only thing that could really be done to remedy the situation is to buy all the Bumblebees and resell them at a loss. That way the computer registers that they've sold 20 Transformers and it's time to restock.

That way the computer registers that they've sold 20 Transformers and it's time to restock.
i was thinking the same thing. thats also why there are so many bees at other stores. they see that the pegs are full so they think nothing of it.

check out my collection thread, updated 2/25/13, and i kinda lost count, i have to count them again....

Re: i call it the "yellow cancer"
how long do you get to return things? here the standard for full price items is 30 days (maybe 28 days, I dunno, certainly long enough for an automatic re-order to take place) so you'd get the new stock in, could return the swarm and buy any new stuff you wanted. The store would then be left with loads of Bee's they'd need to clear before you'd be able to get the next wave of stuff in, unless you did it again, which would seem like a hell of a lot of bother.
Honestly, if you had the funds to do such a thing, why not just take the extra few dollars hit by buying the things you want online, rather than tying up loads of capital in the yellow menace?

assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Astrotrain, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, or 3rd Party iGear Ratchet and Ironhide.
Also looking for Universe Repugnus and Overbite, Frostbite and Longhorn and any Webdiver toys.

Yeah, honestly you'd be better off just buying the stuff online, but buying up all the Bees would be a generous move for the less fortunate kiddies whose mom and dad don't know about BigbBadToyStore or TFSource.

It would. With the assembled mass of yellow plastic, one might even be able to hold a fairly decent magical ritual, attempting to persuade some power or other to stop Hasbro putting out so many of the yellow b@$^@&)s.
