More TF:A Comic Inked Artwork

Postby i_amtrunks » Sun Dec 07, 2008 6:42 pm

Artist Dario Brizuela has updated his blog with 4 pages of sketches and inked pages from his work on the Transformers Animated: The Arrival comic series.

The pages come from the already released Transformers Animated: The Arrival #5, continuing on somewhat from the finished 5 page preview we reported earlier.

These pages give a good glimpse of the slight changes and variations each page receives as it is moved along the comic production line.

You can check out all 4 pages of both pencil and inked work by clicking here.

Motto: "Can't do a job halfway. What's worth doing is worth doing well, I say."
Weapon: Saber Blade
When did some of those scenes happen?
"When there's gold feathers, punch behind you!!"

Shadowman wrote:This is Sabrblade we're talking about. His ability to store trivial information about TV shows is downright superhuman.
Caelus wrote:My wife pointed out something interesting about the prehistoric Predacons. I said that everyone was complaining because transforming for them mostly consisted of them just standing up-right. She essentially said, 'So? That's what our ancestors did.'

I meant in the toon. The second image looks like it's from "Transform and Roll Out", but the rest of them look new.

This is comic artwork, none of it has come from the cartoon.
