Wasn't Primal much smaller? I guess in robot mode he could fly around Kong and blast him and kill him, but if you're aiming at gorilla vs. gorilla, Kong wins in a flash. Or stomp. Or swat. Take your pick.

But being a Transfan and Primal being my favorite reincarnation (along with Galaxy Convoy) I am going with Boss Monkey.
