I'd go with Mike as well. He had much more charisma. Although, Manos and Mitchell are my two favorite episodes and I love a good deadpan delivery.

I too liked those episodes ("Mitchell!"), but I think my all time favorite is the one with the spiders who crash to Earth in a comet that has diamonds in it...and wreak havoc on this poor, unsuspecting rural area.

"Packers, woooo, Packers...."

Plus, it had the Skipper from Gilligan's Island in it. :P

The Giant Spider Invasion, truly an all-time MST classic.

Is that the one that had the Sherriff that looked like Hank Williams Jr? "I see some citizens who aren't ready for some football!"

I don't recall that particular riff, but the Sherriff in Giant Spider Invasion was played by Alan Hale Jr., a.k.a The Skipper.
"Go Packers."
