Um, Prime, just because he is more agile. Robocop is pretty week, but resourceful. Terminator is a warmachine but very simple minded.

while Robocop and Terminator have a drawnout lockdown slobber nocker fight, Prime realizes that Terminator is not a sentient being.
Robocop is on the ropes running out of ideas to fall the seperior tech of Terminator. Before all is lost, Prime comes in and rips T-100, surpprisingliy similar to the way Jazz went in the movie. As Prime turns to check on Robocop he is bombardes with man made weaponry.
Not wanting to destroy the cyborged fleshy, OP makes a tactictical retreate.
Winner Robocop.

If they all were going to go all out and fight each other, Optimus would win.

Prime takes the other two back to their respective studios, where they are put back to work making movies. Prime then goes to take over the world because ... just because.
