Seibertron Fantasy Battles in Jurassic Park

Postby Nuffs » Wed Mar 12, 2008 6:16 pm

All of us are transported onto the main isles/islands of Jurassic Park (I/II/III). Prior to being loaded off and air-dropped over them, we're all scattered in groups of fours and fives and were given paramilitary training by the SAS and Navy Seals.

We have been given nothing larger in terms of weapons more then serrated knives and small SMGS as well as various pistols, food supplies and ordance to last us half a month.

We have to deal with all of Nature's revived great predators of the Dinosaurs and steal a few eggs from Raptors, T-Rexes and assorted other signfigant predators.

After having at least gained a egg of each major dinosaur, we have to find a way to bunker up and wait several weeks a drop site exactly opposite of site of the island where we were originally despoisted for our mission.

Can we last long enough, endure long enough and survive the Dinosaurs to complete our mission with the established time frame?

Also, no communication between our short-range CB's or radios can be allowed to contact the groups on the other islands.

How do we do, Seibertron FB?

Myself, Shadowman, Locust, and CP end up using our wits and rope to capture and befriend a few T-rex's, to which we end up riding around the island.

I only say SM, Locust and CP because I assume we're all crazy enough to actually try that. And it's so crazy enough that it would work.

I would first wonder why they sent us and then probably survive. I can't say anything about my team-mates, it would depend on who they are...

While I don't think I would have thought of that...I do love the idea.

It all depends on how much ammo we conserve. Three good rounds to the head on a Raptor would probably be enough to take it down (Provided we get the drop on the Raptor, and not the other way around), and a full, well-aimed clip might be enough to drop a T-Rex.

I've also always held the belief that even if you can't kill something, as long as you can significantly wound it, someone or something else will come along and finish your job.

Weapon: Reciprocating Laser Cannon
If they give some Sniper Rifles, the T-Rex won't be problem... Good shots in the eyes and they are down... as for the Raptors... Those won't be easy.

Raptors are tough. If you can get the drop on them, they aren't so tough. If they get the drop on you, depending on where you are, you may or may not win.

All bigger dinosaurs would die in our time period. They are adapted to a much higher oxygen level, up to 30% of air total. These days, we only have 20% of air total. The dinosaurs wouldn't survive constant, severe altitude sickness. They would suffocate, slowly and painfully. Seibertronians win.
