You know, I think I like it. I'm hesitant about the price tag, so it'll probably be somehing I don't pick up right away, but the transformation looks to be satisfying, and I know I'm gonna get mocked for saying this, but the animatronics actually amuse me.
It looks like his gun arm got caught on his chest in that one video, though... Not sure if that's user error or a design flaw.
Either way, it's big, it's detailed, it looks to have nice articulation, and it sings and dances. I'm calling this good enough, but I'm hoping for it to go on sale at some point.

Oh I happen to think animatronic portion is absolutely adorable. Just not $90.00 adorable.

Yeah, $90 is a little scary at first glance. I really like the figure. I'm sure I'll get it at some point... oh, who am I kinding? I'll probably break down and buy it shortly after it comes out. I'm bad at doing stuff like that....

It doesn't help that it looks like the person transforming it is retarded and is going to break the figure with every hard pull of the plastic parts.
I was expecting more from this figure. No wonder Hasbro hasn't shown us a transformation video with his snap off, snap in, things literally held on to the figure with string, oops his arm keeps falling out while I am trying to make him do his sounds. I was seriously considering this figure but now I'll wait until he goes clearance and I still may not get him. I don't have a ton of space to display all my figures and this one may not even be worth it after that video.
I'm also trying to figure out why he says several phrases. I thought he became mute in a fight with Megatron on Cybertron before volunteering to track down the allspark, all prior to him coming to Earth. I wonder if the packaging for this figure will feature the phrase:
"Ultimate Bumblebee - The mute that won't shut up."

The bio for the Hardtop says that it hurt to talk, not that he couldn't. While ratchet was rebuilding BB's Muscle Car as a 2007,(That's what this is) He msy have decided while he was at it, we'd fix his vocalizer.

If he sounds like and says the things the figure I wish Ratchet hadn't fixed his vocalizer then.
I'm just going by what the prequel comic showed when the allspark escaped momentarily before Megatron could get a hold of it and he crused Bumblebee's voicebox. I have no idea why that couldn't have been fixed on Cybertron but Ratchet can easily fix it on Earth.
I have a feeling between the movie, game, toys, and comics there is going to be some serious issues in continuity, especially if the movie made any last minute changes.

Wasnt he supose to have a motion scence thing? If something walked by he'd shoot the missile. Does he even shoot the missile himself or is there a little button you have to press?

Had a closer look...the chest *is* supposed to look like the movie version. It's the same problem every single person has..(and I'm not sure why) but the chest in these videos/pictures is mistransformed. Badly.
I'm not sure why people don't take the time and have the patience to follow through. Idiots.

Even the stuff shown from Hasbro shows the chest transformed that way. I guess they don't know how to transform him either.

looks big... i don't know... i was hoping the toys for the movie would be in the Alternators line... those cars are B E A utiful... AND they're like 16-26 dollars Target or Online...
90 bucks for this?... ten bucks more and you get the Anniversary Prime... frankly i'm dissapointed... i sure hope this is just the First Wave for the kids... and that a second wave of figures for fans with a bit of a challenge comes along and literally No STRINGS ATTACHED
