I think i've dealt with him once. The communication was next to non-existant and while I realise he's a one man band and no doubt pretty busy, it's still not comforting especially when you've ordered stuff and it has to go half way around the world.

This is quite interesting. I've bought many transformers from Wheeljack's Lab and only once was I not satisfied. I bought my Swoop from him for $90 and the launchers don't keep hold of the missiles. Now I realize the packaging originally said something about that but my brother use to have one without that problem. Anyways, a good portion of my collection came from him- particularly the combiners.
As for DIT138, I keep thinking the seller is a woman because of the return address. And I've been quite pleased buying from him/her. Although a bit pricey the trnasformers are in amazing condition for their age.
I've bought a couple pieces from Transformerland and every once in a while an item comes in below par but not so bad as to complain too loudly.

Never had a problem with wheeljack's lab myself, but then again, I've also mainly just gotten parts from there.
Although after reading these stories, it makes me glad the few actual TFs I bought complete from there didn't have any problems. That's just not how you treat people giving you money. Word gets around, and I'm sure most people buying specific parts for TFs goes to boards at least every once in a while...

I've had dealings with both Dit138 and WJlab. I bought my minibots from her and they arrived quickly and in superb condition like she described and as they were in the pic.
WJlab on the other hand was alright service, with a steep price for a C9 prime..I ended up paying $110 for one which claimed to be 100% complete...it was missing the hose pipe and pump. I also noticed the roller mechanism was broken too.
