So I thought since Hasbro has "wonderful" customer service, we should see who's had the most fun.

On Feb. 21, 07 I sent in my DVD Prime for a replacement, because when I bought it was missing the matrix plus it looked like a return item. Today(Mar. 28, 07) I got another letter from Hasblo saying I'm gonna have to wait another 3-6 weeks due to f***ing backorder!!!

I had to wrap Megatron's handle and Prime's gun in two sided tape in order to make it possible

Well, I still don't have my DVD Prime. It's been about a month AFTER the 6 weeks it took to get a responce!!!!
