Hey, Justicity here.
A little while ago I came across a nice find in the local comic store. I already had all four issues of the updated comic adaptation of the animated movie, but after noticing Bob Budiansky's signature I thought £2 on another issue one was worth it.
The writing and IDW logo on the cover is raised and shiny, which I don't think my other version has, it's in VERY good condition, and it's from the first printing. As I said, it has Budiansky's (the writer of this comic) signature. I'm attaching an image to see if anyone can tell me if the signature is real and where/why it was signed. Don't suppose anyone knows how many of these were signed as well do they? Any idea of it's value? As I said I picked it up for £2($4).
I now have my other version out and it has got the shiny writing & logo, but it's not raised, It may just be because I store it underneath other comics butthough.
There ya go:
Signed comic, is it real?

The signature is in silver on UltraMagnus' left armpit!
Looks pretty authentic.

If its authentic, then it was a steal. It doesn't look fake though, but then I don't have any Budiansky signed items to compare it to.
