i disagree, the toon shockwave kept his word and kept cybertron the way it was when megatron left... 4 million years later and it's exactly the way it was when megatron left. Now THAT's dedication.

Sorry, nope. he got steamrolled every time the Autobots arrived via the space bridge. Carly and Spike evaded the big lummox! The Combaticons steamrolled over him in 'Revenge of Bruticus'. The Dinobots...
Not caring about scale since 1984. Just like Hasbro.

he only said he'd keep the place the same until megatron returned so that doesn't count. if we're being to literal then shockwave kept the entire planet the same as megatron left, meaning the decepticons neither gained nor lost any territories, never destroyed anything, never built anything. heck cybertron might've released their own version of an ipod the day after megatron left but shockwave put that release on hold for millions of years.

how many loyal soldiers does g1 megatron have? 2 if you add shockwave to the list with soundwave. how many treacherous soldiers would g1 megatron have if they add shockwave? too many.

I'd say getting your skidplate handed to you almost every time someone came to Cybertron 'counts' to being sucky. He sucked, loyalty be Unicroned.
