Why would they? It's just G1 episodes rehashed. I mean, if they did, it would be in very limited number, as only die hard collectors would purchase it. It probably wouldn't even be worth it to them.

I have a DVD, from about 2002. I bought it, unaware of the horrors it contained.

I suppose in a way it's sweet... someone, somewhere thought that it was a good idea. We will never see its like again, so it's a curio. But I cannot understand why you would want to own it.

Now, if they made a proper Generation 2 cartoon, with all the cool characters, that would be different. I'd buy that in a second.

Generation 2? If they did that, then they should release season 5 as well (even though it's a "best of G1" season)
