Just curious if I was the only one who has an unhealthy love for the soundtrack used in the last half of G1: Season 3? I think the first episode it appeared was Carnage in C Minor (the music is the only saving grace of that episode, or at least almost). I love that it's an extension of the themes from Vince DiCola's amazing TF: The Movie soundtrack. It's also completely of the time, full of synth riffs and burn-through-the-roof guitar licks. It greatly enhances the drama and action of the episodes for me. I only wish it had been in place since The Five Faces of Darkness. My love for the soundtrack is so sick that I've started copping pieces of it on guitar. One day I'll get around to transcribing the whole thing!

Was the show soundtrack ever released on CD or MP3? I only have the animated movie soundtrack.

Not as far as I know. I'd be the first in line if it was, though. I'm pretty much obsessed with that show.

Season 3 really had some great iconic peices in it's soundtrack.
