Who would win?

This is two separate battles as Cole/Belthazor vs. Angel and Cole/Belthazor vs. Angelus.
No "Source" Cole as he would destroy either Angel or Angelus with one shot.
For this, I say Angelus would flee and return to win later. For Angel, it depends on if he could hold on long enough to find some sort of weakness to use against Cole.

I think that Ghost Rider would come and drag them both back to hell. He wouldn't care about David Boreanz's career. Or the other guy's career.
