A former teammate of mine told me that mixing Bailey's with Guinness would yield an "Irish car bomb." To this very day, I still do not comprehend why.![]()
Well, given that they're two of the more famous Irish drinks...

quite the contrary

Sankebite is my drink o choice, its Blumers with Blackcurrent-very tasty and it sounds cool too!
actually snakebite is just the lager and cider(it can be any brands), with the addition of Blackcurrant cordial(or juice) it becomes Snakey B(or snakebite and black)....but drunk stundents often don't really care.

Vodka is 38% whisky is 40%
Some absynthe is 89.9%.....i had some on an empty stomach at hogmanay, bad idea.
If you get whisky sold for export, it is usually 50% (100% proof)
Whenever I am in an airport I always try and pick up some good whisky, because even though I am scottish and live in scotland, a lot of the good stuff is made for EXPORT ONLY!! argh

I'll go with any of a variety of Sam Adams options. Oktoberfest, Cherry Wheat, SA Light, Boston Ale, Boston Lager, Winter Brew, I like most of it.
I'll also drink Killian's Irish Red at my dad's place.
Hmmm, I think I'll head downstairs and see what's in the fridge...

Loves me some currents!

Good lad.

I just came off a string of hellish 12 and a half hour shifts. I'm sitting back and drinking any and all beer in the fridge. 37 and a half hours in 3 days and I'm not being picky right this moment.

Firstly, I'm quite happy to start by saying that I'm quite proud to live in a US state that nearly seems dedicated to the art of craft brewing. As of a few years ago, Vermont led the nation in micro/craft breweries per capita than any other state in the union. Our annual Brewer's Festival, now going into it's 16th year, attracts attendees from across the US, and even a few crazy fools from Europe. Vermont has some great local breweries and I'd recommend nearly all of them to any of you should you ever come across it.
Secondly, it is my personal contention that Sam Adams beer is perhaps the biggest blight on craft brewing in the US that I have ever seen. From my understanding of Samuel Adams love for beer, I firmly belief that were he to drink any of the swill being peddled in his name he would suck down a musket ball straight from the barrel in an effort to wash his mouth of the taste. Sam Adams beer was once great, nowadays it's little more than another domestic beer trying to disguise itself as something 'edgy' for the yuppie crowd.
As far as my personal favorite, I have partaken of many a fine brew, lads and lasses, from St. Peter's and Sam Smits to Xingu and Red Stripe. From the lightest of hefeweizen to the heaviest of stouts and all points inbetween, I've sipped at many a tasty and even the occasionally nasty beer. Throughout all my beer tastings, I have concluded that, quite horrifyingly enough, it is the Canadians who seem to brew the best.
I'm not talking that Molson or Labatt's stuff you get in the states, either, though the Blue where it's still spelled Bleu is an entirely different beast and quite capable of knocking your socks off if you're not careful. No, I'm talking about Unibroue. If you've never had their stuff, you're missing out as it's some of the tastiest, well made stuff to be found. My personal favorite still remains Maudite, though there's a warm place in my heart for La Fin Du Monde mostly because any beer named "The End of the World" cannot be all bad. Plus, it's high alcohol percentage is probably the reason there's still a warm spot in my heart. If you ever see a bottle of Unibroue's 15th, definitely pick it up. You'll not regret it.

I drank the folowing liquors. Heineken, Amstel (Also Oud Bruijn beer), Barcardi Breezer (Normal Soda pops taste better. Breezer is epic failure) and Bavaria.
I don't really like beer at all. To be honost, I liked Oud Bruin the most.
