In defense of G1 Megatron, it did have one of the better alt modes from G1.

I think if you are to go with the fugliest TF, you'd have to find one that was ugly in both modes. Extra fugly if it was a cool character farked by a crap toy.

I scanned through my collection, but since I only buy figs that I like, none of them qualify. Therefore I go with Nightscream as mentioned in other posts. That is one ugly Transformer I'm glad I don't have.

Well my vote goes to Rat Trap, BW Prime, and Movie bay Starscream (...not in alt mode though).
