Cool, cheers Big G. Given that it's early hours of Saturday morning as I type this and I'm a little on the plastered side (hell, you've seen what I'm like at a bar!) I'll check which pages it is that are missing tomorrow and PM you. I'll just grab the rest off the archive site and save you some work.
Damned Americanised spellchecker on firefox is actually doing it's job for once. I almost misspelled 'tomorrow'.

I'm figuring Galvatron altered NightBeat(whatever was done was done with a purple hand)
I'm new to the comics so I can't realy say whats up with SunStreaker, but I can see him more willing to be a TargetMaster than a HeadMaster, its the whole ego thing.
As for the Dead Universe, well, I'm just gonna have to wait and see...
Again, I'm new to the comics, so alot of this statement is based on prior knowledge and eager expectation. I like alot of Furman's work alot. and some of it not so much. It's the same as any other TF story line.

Give us some reasoning why a Convention exclusive character would be in charge of a universe in the main line publication set in generation one when he was in the Beast Wars universe.
Did you mean Shockwave? Or Scorponok?
Please tell me.
Oh and for those that bought Megatron #2, like the cross sell promotion of Devastation? (Hot Rod being attacked by two Sunstreakers!)

Just noticed this line about Scorponok in the Magnus Spotlight, "He carefully erases all trace of his machinations and moves on.", nicely foreshadowed on Scorpy being behind the Machination on Earth there Mr Furman!

So Spotlight: Ramjet will be next up after Optimus Prime. An unexpected choice, but I'm looking forward to seeing what can be done with him.

They could do a lot with him, especially since nobody else ever bothered....

Well Universe and Timelines did, but that was a different Ramjet...

I believe the new character Spotlight is for the new con introduced in Man & Machine, supposedly the next one out after Prime. Since we've already seen Thrust in a recognisable conehead form I doubt that the, so far name unknown, new character will be Ramjet. Time will of course tell.

Funny, for some reason I thought it was Cyclonus, I guess just the shape of the head, and mouth maybe?

There was a dig happening at the end of, I want to say it was the Soundwave Spotlight--maybe Magnus, but they had a group of folks working to dig out the Dinobots, and Shockwave.

Had a thought. Since Man and Machine is set between Infiltration and Escalation and we haven't seen Ramjet in the main book what are the odds that his Spotlight will be set around the start of Escalation and not end very favourably for him?

I think it's fairly obvious Nova Prime is controlling him.
Though, Omega Supreme said Jihaxus dissapeared at the same time as Nova Prime, meaning he was also on Ark 1.
And as this is Furman and he likes to throw curveballs, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was actually Jihaxus in control of Galvatron. With Nova Prime in the Dead Universe, being the one Prime saw, but with nothing to do with the Expansion, Jihaxus is trying to reform the galaxy as Cybertronians the way Nova Prime wanted to (but stopped for some reason) and it ends up Nova and Jihaxus having a massive fight, which ultimatly restores Prime's faith in the Prime lineage, freeing Galvatron to roam around and we end with a massive apocalyptic battle between him, Sixshot, Ore 13 powered Shockwave (after he worked out the kinks since it was his pet project to begin with) and Megatron.

Or not. But I hope so.

So you're thinking of Nova as a kind of Vader like character, almost lost to darkness but with a major thrust to the story being his ultimate redemption? Interesting, and not an angle that I'd considered previously. Since Nova presumably still has the Matrix that opens up some further possabilities...

It's possible. It would also explain Galvatron's contempt at his master. Being ordered around by the Prime is one thing, but if it was Jihaxus giving the orders, Galvatron strikes me as the kind of guy who doesn't like taking orders from a lackey.

Erm not to skew the topic off but I had a question. Anybody have an idea why in Megatron #2 after Megs kills the other TF in the arena, Megatron pulls his helmet off and has those weird plates spread out?? Why does he do this whole little routine and what are those plates supposed to be?
Or should I shut up and wait until I get my hands on Megs #3?
And I was always confused as to why Galvatron is around. Considering that Galvatron is usually a reformed/rebuilt Megatron does that mean the Dead Universe is actually just another Alternate Universe that has a portal to the IDWverse open?
