Little late to the party here. I really prefer the look of the Takara version to the SDCC. Especially after becoming so frustrated with the stickers. The paint detailing on the Takara one is all the stuff I thought it needed. Anyone want an SDCC Metroplex with some stickers applied for $300 shipped? Some of the leg ramp stickers were carefully trimmed with a razor knife to fit correctly PM if interested in details.

Being a small minded organic being who just can't get no satisfaction, TG-23 is indeed the best version with a caveat (wished his hips were chromed like your SDCC version).
