Jazz went to Maaco

Postby Pontimax 01 » Sat Aug 04, 2007 5:55 pm

Decided to paint Jazz up to look more like his movie self. Starting with the car form. Completely painted over all the stupid Hasbro details-taillights, headlights, fogs, and side grills. Coated him with some new paint and then repainted his details from existing pics of the movie car and the pre-existing car concept that movie Jazz was based on, the Solistice Club Sport.

Great thing is, this silver is gonna be a one-off forever. I custom mixed this color myself and once it's gone.. it's gone.

He's not finished yet, but I like where he's going.

Two more from the rear. I tried to add impromptu exhaust. I might actually drill that out instead and do something better.

Oooh shiny!

I like the custom paint job. It's much more movie accurate.
