the blue arcee, hardtop, and signal flare, along with the robovision prime are exclusives to target only..
and at this point, 75&% of targets i went to had toys on display for sale.

Does it say exclusive on the packaging?
Yep. Robo-Vision says something to the effect of "Exclusively At Target" but using their logo instead of the name.
The Scouts have "Only At" with the logo on a red sticker.
