Yeah, Prime is pretty durable! I have the Hasbro version (the first time it was released). I had it displayed on an 8 foot high shelf and it fell one day. The head popped off (which pops right back on), but that was it! Perfectly okay and still on display (at a lower hight, don't want to risk it)!

Hmm, if you were to drop him while half transformed then yes I would say you would be likely to snap something, he is basically a skeleton of plastic joints with bits hanging off. He is more robust in robot mode as everything clips into place. The legs are pretty strong. The joints are nice and ratcheted and pretty sturdy. Not that I would want to drop him to test but I think that he would survive a tumble. His feet are on ball joints and if these were to become loose then these would be the weak spots and you would need to put him in a well balanced pose, especially with his arm cannon. I dont know why the designers didnt use ratchets on these joints, maybe they just couldnt.

Do what I do and put all the fragile stuff on a shelf over a sofa or bed.

I'm getting mines from BBTS on 16th, hopefully I can take the plug out. Oh, and how can you drill it out? :-? :???:

(I also ordered from CapturePrey.com, will see if it gets here without the orange cap, if not, I'm ordering another one from a different site.)

Shouldnt be that hard. If its a sold plastic is will be easier than if its a rubber. Just use ever increasing sized drill bits to bore out the cap. If there is glue on the very end of the barrel you might have a hard time removing it without causing damage but if you are careful with a hacksaw or sharp craft knife you should get away with it. You can always touch up and silver paint afterwards.
