Hi All,

I'm new here, and kind of a new Transformers fan also I suppose. I grew up with it, but recently started getting interested in it again. Anyway... I've seen the newer Transformers comics in my local shop before, and always thought the art seemed really cool. I was wondering if anyone could suggest where to begin? I've seen several different series collected into graphic novels and I'd like to pick one up, but just wanna make sure it's something I can begin with and not be completely confused about what's going on.

for a synopsis on the various G1 comic continuities. It's a bit of an overview rather than being overly detailed but should give you some idea of what ties into what, and what has been collected into book form.
