Superman (Along with Goku and Spawn) pretty much beat down anyone. Though Batman's nearly in that category himself...

well, superman has every physical advantage that he could over batman, but he also has one massive weakness. a weakness that batman is always prepared to exploit. as far as i know batman has been carrying around kryptonite in his belt for a long time now.
superman has been mind controlled enough that batman has had to deal with it in the past, and he leaves nothing to chance. so if the fight is sudden, and on the streets id give batman a decent chance, but superman might take it if he can get away from the kryptonite and put some distance between them to recover. with any kind of prep batman will take it. he could build (if he already hasnt) kryptonite lasers and other offensive weaponry designed to take out superman. or even a suit with some kryptonite powder weaved into it. there is a very limited supply of kryptonite around the world, but if it was an all out fight to the end, with bruce waynes billions, and batmans skills, he could get a hold of enough.

Superman... he's beaten Batman before. Numerous times.
Firstly Batman doesn't have any Kryptonite anymore. Earth 2 Superman destroyed one of rings and the other was knocked into the sun. It's been a plot point that Batman is working on a new anti superman technique, but hasn't perfected anything yet. Sorry to ruin the Batman prep myth.
Also Kryptonite isn't a magic bullet. When Batman used it in Lex Luthor: man of steel he still got a beat down. The same happened in sacrifice, the same happened in Batman/Superman agaisnt a future superman.
Wonder woman has tried using a Krytonite ring on Superman and lost. He knocked it from her hand and knocked across the solar system with a punch. When Kryptonite doesn't work for someone as powerful as wonder woman it won't work for Batman.
It's also worth mentioning Superman has beaten a 60ft tall krytonian crystal robot made of Kryptonite before.

Number one...I high doubt that Batman does not have a small amount stored somewhere.Even if he's working on other ways to effectivly beat him because he doesnt not have as much Kryptonite at the ready. And besides he has also synhtasized it before....he can do it again.
Your also forgetting that Bats wouldnt go into any real fight with him alone.Superman has other weelnesses then Kryptonite.

Batman's said he doesn't have any, Superman has said he deosn't have any. You're right He's been working on some red solar energy weapons and has been seeming to work on artificial Kryptonite.
The problem is the Batcave isn't shielded from Superman's vision. He can sit and watch what Batman is preparing and has many times. The cave defences also aren't able to stop Kryptonians getting. Even Superman's 8 year old son is too fast for them to register.

Well I wouldnt put it pass Batman to lie about wether he has any stored some where. But like I said he has made artificial Kryptonite before and Superman has other weeknesses to exploit.

The cave is not the only dwelling that Bats uses to store and create his arsonial. He has a serries of satelite caves all over Gotham and other cities not to mention all the labs of Wayne tech.
If he could hide the construction of the launching of the Brother Eye satelite from Superman what makes you think it would be hard to hide any of his other plans????

They did this in the comics and movies. Batman can get the upper hand for a few minutes with expensive prep but then Superman recovers and wins.
