Thankfully, nothing that I have really wanted has proven to be out of my reach of recent.
However, Ghost Starscream is something I keep putting off buying when I have money, until I have no money left then I find him for a reasonable price...

For me it has to be a few figures
RM-10 G1 Convoy DVD version as the only time i saw it this person wanted £50 for it and i refuse to pay that for a repaint
Red BT Meister - cannot find him for a decent price anywhere
OTFCC Sentinal Maximus as I'm a sucker for the A-Overload mold and he'd look swell next to my new Megazarak
and
Matrix Glow Magnus (the yellow clear one) I only see him with the new years version and the diaclone movie preview

nah, just a poor choice (IMO) of colour for the seethrough plastic parts (if I remember rightly all the plastic in this version of Magnus is seethrough).

Yep thats the one and (IMO) it rocks, my three main character i like are Hotrod / Ginrai(PM Prime) and Magnus
I have all the Hotrod variations except Lucky draw, all versions of the Ginrai mold and PM prime (ehobby and Nucleon Quest) and all bar the matrix glow Magnus for Ultra Magnus

My Grail has always been a good condition Turbomaster Thunderclash.
I can usually find him as cab only, or with a damaged Trailer/missing guns etc. Since November I havent seen a single full Thunderclash, only cabs in mixed lots.
Otherwise it's figures like Depth Charge and Rampage that elude me.

I want an e-Hobby Sunstorm; I could probably find one easy enough, but I'm not sure if I really want to shell out $250 plus for one.
U. Nemesis Prime eluded me for quite some time, but I eventually got one.
I really want a Masterforce Minerva, too.

Sorry, it's going to have to be two figures for the answer to this question. G1 Thrust & G1 Ramjet. Every freakin time they come up on Ebay in really good condition or better someone always has more money than I can spend and not only out bids me but willing pays more money than I can afford for the figures.
It just pisses me off to no end. And all I want to do is complete my G1 seekers! Is that too much to ask?

I can't set that goal. I've got Screamer, Skywarp, Thunder cracker & Dirge. That's why I need Thrust & Ramjet.

Thank you for whoever reminded me about TM2 Cheetor. Decided to go to BBTS and look they had 3 in stock. So I picked the one not currently suffering the flaking problem. Should arrive next week.
Like I said forget about grail hunting. Just let the transformers come to you. I guess that is my zen aproach to hunting. But I have yet to fail to find what I want when I can afford it. The ones that really bother me is finding things when I can't afford them.

My one figure that has always eluded me arrived today!!!
I finally got my hands on a brand new Binaltech white Meister, quite possibly one of the best Transformers you can possibly own (or at least I think so).
I think by the time I can afford it, Binaltech Black Convoy will be the one figure that continues to elude me, no matter how hard I search!

For me, for a long time, it was Targetmaster Scourge, the last transformer I needed to complete the "Masters" In 8 months of searching, I only saw him once. Lucky for me I got him.
Now my grail seems to be Thunderwing as I have started to collect the pretenders to finish my G1 collection
