If you find an mpm-4 with a 72 stanped number code its should tab in correctly.

The 71 stamp code is the ones that dont tab in.

71 tabs. I have a 71 and it tabs when I use the Emgo method.

Mine doesn't. The 72 number has more reported cases of it tabbing in.
His method didnt work on mine either.

I think its really a your mileage will vary issue for both of them. There is no hard set rule for any of this.

And Kanrabat I am talking about the truck mode where the sides are all even and the truck nose is flush against the truck windows.

I havent transformed mine again but mine "didn't tab" either for ONE reason. I didn't know there was a step where you have to pull the hips toward the back of the truck. So my missing this tiny step, everything is misaligned.

Watched the first movie 2 nights ago, and I absolutely loved it. Has my MPM3 Bee with me, and I decided I should actually try to get Prime.

that said, I'm really bummed TRU.com does not have this online. I do not want to spend $140 on this guy.

So I picked up MPM Prime when I saw him at a TRU when I had an interview Thursday. I got Bee online at the same price as Prime was in store, and I think Bee was the better deal.

I've spent that last 3 days focusing on the mold, with Overlord acting as a stress relief since I got him at the same time, and he is better.

I have used the emgo fix, and it has not worked. I have the same issue as Ironhidensh: It tabs in properly, but once you attempt to tab something else in, it comes undone. The smokestacks are issue too, since they won't align properly, and the back panels and fenders will not work properly. The alt mode needed some better work.

Robot mode is pretty good, but his backpack and chest will not tab in. they just come to rest somewhere but will not rest in the tabs, let alone actually connect to them. And where they rest, he is Asymmetric, which I really do not like.

Now mind you, he is awesome to pose, looks incredibly in bot mode, has some great weapons and features like the matrix and face swap, but his transformation and alt mode are really bothering me.

I am glad I got him for the $99.99 instead of $139.99. He is not worth that price.

Took some time today to pair up my MPM4 and MPM8 for some combat, and they look great together! Some siege battle effects sell the action too

Agreed with this. MPM Megatron is a marvelous toy and he goes perfectly with Optimus Prime

I haven’t looked recently, but for awhile, it was pretty cheap on Amazon Japan.

Time for a little bump so that I can tell my impressions about MPM-12N, Nemesis Prime.

The bot is impressive, as always. As for the truck, he ain't so bad even with the cat ears. The only disapointing aspect is the transformation. Sure, it's easy, but the Studio Series had way more things going on and his transformation feels more complete.

Overall, he's pretty nice and I'd recommend to get the OG mold if you can find it at a good price.
