Ghost Rider.
He has the ability to heal using hellfire.
And his penance stare is able to work on Torch.

All Human Torch can do is to throw flameballs at him. and get him dissed off.

I think the above is a good compilation of reasons of why there shouldn't be anyone saying Human Torch would ever win this.

he doesn't.

Torches power to burn, and fly doesn't help against someone virtually immune to his fire, is stronger than 80s Spidey, can heal better than 90s Wolverine and Johny blaze has a gaze that'll make Johny storm a little more than regret the people he accidentally burned to death.

note:the pennance stare will work on him. the torch killed an innocent.

Going to play devil's advocate here.

I think the only way Torch would even stand a chance, is if he used his speed against GR, knock him off his bike, so he has the speed advantage, then use any and all of his tricks to avoid getting caught my GR and hopefully outlast him.

It's a long shot, but not impossible.

Yeah I think the human torch would eventualy figure out that his fire won't do a thing an try s throwing stuff at him and make big things fall down. I dunno... But I guess that Ghost Rider would win anyway.

Cos Chucking stuff at Ghosty isn't real effective!
He just regenerates, unless torchy can escape into orbid and sorvive on Mars he's a goner!

Actually, he'll explode due to differences in body pressure.
