OK, I pick up Blurr at WalMart tonigh. Open him up and looks awesome in vehicle mode. Transform him and it was pretty easy except had a bit of a time to get the doors to pop out. Get him in robot mode and he looks awesome. Here's the rant. Changed him back into vehicle mode and cannot get him to stay together. If I press the rear together the front pops apart. Go to push the front together and the rear pops apart again. I fought with it for a half an hour before I got it to SOMEWHAT stay together before I gave up. If not for that he is totally awesome.

Anyone else having this problem or did i just end up with a factory lemon?

p.s. can't get the wind sheild to go into proper position either. It's baffling because he was in vehicle mode in the package and was perfect.

Sounds like your not moving the windshield/roof of the car back to the car position. I have the mold 3 times over and haven't had any issues like that.

Don't worry, just keep trying and you'll get there. When I saw the title of this thread I was hoping that someone else hated his IDW head as much as me! LOL.

I need pics.

It sounds to me like the parts aren't lined up right. I've got Drift and Blurr and they have no issues. Post pics and we'll walk you through.

Possible but I tried it several different ways. I dinked around with it for quite a while. just cant seem to get it into proper position no matter what i try. Granted it may be me not doing something right but I'm pretty sure i've tried most everything to do to it. I'll keep hacking away at it and if worse comes to worse I'll buy another. It will still display beautiful in robot mode anyway.

LOL. Maybe I'm in the minority but I actually like the head design.

As you can see the wind shield isn't lined up right. but if I line it up and pop the front part together the rear part pops apart. When I go to pop the rear back together it pops the wind shield and/or the front back apart again.

HEY!! I just messed with it again and figured it out!! Woohoo! Finally got it. I just pulled the front end apart and pulled up on the winshield then place the front parts in place one at a time while I held up the windshield with my finger a voila, it went together. Thanks for the help though guys!

I had this problem with Drift when I first got him. It's been a while ago so I can't remember what it was that I was doing wrong, but I seem to think it something to do with the way his arms are rotated. You just have to fiddle with him a little bit and once you figure it out

So you were doing things in the wrong order? Glad you've got it now.

glad to hear it man!!Blurr is an awesome figure and folks enjoyement of it should not be hindered in any way.

@Jazz1982. While hate is a strong word, I'm also not a fan of IDW Blurr's head. I much prefer his 86 movie look. Would love a Revoltech version.
