In fact I'm kind of surprised why it hasn't happened already. The science fiction classic Forbidden Planet is going to be given the remake treatment.

You know, at least it's JMS writing it. He's not the sort of guy to go around re-writing things and **** them up (unless Joe Quesada is screaming in his face to re-write 20+ years of Spider-Man)
