I might start painting transformers(help)

I think I want to start painting Transformers, not full repaints but adding paints on things like an unpainted exhaust pipe on bumblebee or the unpainted body of DOTM Roadbuster. I never really done it before soo em, what paint do I use and were do I get it? this looks stupid

Paint for scale plastic models, gaming miniatures, model railroads or figures works best. I'm not all that familiar with where you'd get it in Ireland, but anyplace that sells the above should have what you need.
