I'm sorry about starting a bad topic for a new guy here. However, I am having trouble with YaHobby.com lately and apparently my order did not arrived for three months and officially missing. The guys (by the name 'Ting' over there promise me they will refund me if it never arrive on 15th May.

I contacted them on that day and until now, none of them even response my message. I have no idea what happen or if any server glitch and never mention anything on their website even any out of office message.

Because of this, I already running out of patient waiting and waiting. It's been over three months and so i decided to file a open case in Paypal against them. I'm not sure if Paypal even bother about my complain because my order has been over 45 days. But I hope for some results.

If you guys buying from them, please let me know if they did communicate with you guys this week. Thanks in advance.

I have had problems with them as well. Had trouble getting a reply From them for well over a month. Instead of even answering my concerns in any way they just gave me a refund. I don't understand what happened, but I will be taking any future business elsewhere. I just couldn't believe how unprofessional it was. I do hope they just give you a refund soon though, this kind of thing can be really frustrating

They just finally reply to me that will refund within 24 hours. I can't believe it took them so long to answering emails. Will keep posting here until they promise settling.
